Zero Waste Construction
The Body Bandana started as a simple idea a 45" by 65" sarong But the cotton we sourced came in 55'' width - leaving 10" of unused fabric with every cut.
Wasting fabric wasn't an option. So we went back to the drawing board and redesigned the layout to use the full 55" width edge to edge.

The extra width became two matching twilly scarves and a self fabric drawstring bag - all cut from the same cloth as the body bandana itself. The original plan was a simple recycled paper belly band to hold the sarong. But once we saw the extra fabric, we realized we could make that band from cloth instead - and once we saw how much we had to work with a second scarf and a drawstring bag followed naturally. Every Body Bandana set now arrives complete, with nothing left over and nothing thrown away - just fabric that was already there, put to use.
One twilly scarf from each set run is put aside - Not to be sold separately but to be used for marketing and display. Coshell Textile House is zero waste by design.
